    Construction

    Strade NZ and our partners offer a full range of construction and physical works services:-

    • Land survey

    • Site investigation and constraint verification

    • Earthworks

    • Drainage (Public and Private)

    • Concrete works

    • Roading and access

    • Utility and service works

    • Integration with other trades and critical path alignment with building/structure construction phase.

    Compliance / Close Out

    Strade NZ provide oversight, quality control/assurance and compliance monitoring throughout the construction phase.

    Experienced in local council and industry standard requirements Strade NZ can manage the whole process from Resource Consent through to 224c close out, liaising with council inspectors and information requirements during and after construction including:-

    • survey, set-out and quantity measurements

    • QA inspection and documentation

    • as-builts, CCTV and site verification

    • contract documentation and support (variations, claims, payments etc)

    Project Management &
    Advisory

    Where design and construction suppliers may already be involved Strade NZ is able to provide support and guidance  in an advisory and/or review role.

     

    Strade NZ can also assist to ensure that project deliverables and targets are being met as well as providing direction to resolve technical design and compliance issues.
